That vote never took place, and the state is still home to more than 600 school districts. But the state did direct executive county schools superintendents to develop a plan to eliminate smaller school districts that do not offer grades pre-K or K-12. Recommendations were submitted by March 2010.

King Of The Sideshow By Tim O’Brien

I consider both these individuals to be friends of mine; we met in the carnival world. Spending time in Ward and Chris’ house trailer always created warm memories and always a pleasant reception. We usually met at fairs throughout the country. Although Ward and I have chatted many times, this book disclosed some of the trials and woes that he successfully hid from me.
