Electronics Expo features new Toshiba HD DVD
We spoke with Leon Temiz, President and CEO of Electronics Expo who turned us over to Amro Elhelw, general manager of their 5 stores located in Succasunna, Somerville, Wayne, Woodbridge and Paramus. Amro filled us in on some of the other poignant facts.
Why is Electronics Expo different from other competitors was a question put to him. Without hesitation he replied that the stores have a home environment, well staffed with qualified personnel and a place where a female can visit and get answers. EE feels that they are an important source of the buying market and wants them to feel at ease with asking questions about their higher end products and good service.
His background included 17 years of retail experience in the electronics field. Having an affinity to northern New Jersey, he lives in Bergen County. His knowledge of product and locale is deep. He mentioned the Wells family of architects and lawyers as being friends of his. Amro’s interests, besides work, are sports .. football, baseball ( an avid Yankee fan).
