WESTFIELD GARDEN STATE PLAZA DONATES

Westfield Donates Westfield Garden State Plaza will donate $1,000 to the Paramus Fire Department for the purchase of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for Paramus senior citizens during National Fire Prevention Week at a brief ceremony on Monday, October 9th at 12:30 p.m. in the Lord & Taylor court. 

The detectors will supplement the existing Borough program, where the Fire Department installs detectors as needed in senior citizens’ homes as they are answering routine calls.
In addition, Westfield Garden State Plaza will salute the Paramus Volunteer Fire Department at the ceremony and will match and donate all fountain donations collected for the month of October to the organization, which currently has 150 members. The money will go towards equipment and other necessities.
