Christmas in Paramus Anny Chong, the vivacious leader of the CEO (Community Enrichment Organization) a high school group had volunteered to have her teenagers take pictures of the Xmas lighting in town.

A yeoman task, but not too daunting for these fine upstanding and upcoming citizens. The idea came about when they offered to do Christmas caroling at homes that contacted the Paramus Senior Center.
www.ParamusPost.com contacted them about taking pictures of the homes as they traveled and perhaps raise some funds for their group.  You might still be able to get in on the caroling scheduled for the 23rd by calling 201 265 3500 x 664. 

This is the same group that put on an International Festival for seniors that not only had food from many nations but also introduced some of their traditions and dances. Although they didn’t do the Greek dancing in the aisles or on the tables, they did travel into the audience persuading those seated to get up and dance with them. On February 14th, they will be holding a Sweetheart Dance at the Senior center from 4 to 8 PM. And yes . they are sweethearts with whom to dance.
