“Breakfast at Tiffany’sâ€, the Oscar-winning romantic comedy starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard, will be screened and discussed at the Paramus Library, 116 E. Century Rd. on Monday, February 12th.
Hepburn plays the carefree New York playgirl in search of a millionaire spouse, while Peppard is her foil as a struggling young writer swept up into Holly’s dizzying lifestyle. This classic 1961 film is based on Truman Capote’s best-selling novella, and features the award-winning song “Moon River.†Brown bag lunch at 12:30pm. Coffee/tea provided. Film starts at 1:00pm.
