The Bergen Community College Center for Business and Industry, in partnership with the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board, is hosting a free business seminar titled “Coaching Conversations and Practices for Leadersâ€â€”led by Ken Giglio, Principal of K&K Performance Consulting, LLC— on Friday, March 9, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.,
at the Moses Family Meeting and Training Center (TEC-128) at Bergen

An expert in identifying his clients’ signature strengths, developing
their interpersonal skills, and increasing their emotional
intelligence, Mr. Giglio’s latest seminar will underscore the
importance of attaining coaching skills to enhance one’s leadership
capabilities. Designed for managers of both large organizations and
small companies alike, “Coaching Conversations and Practices for
Leaders†will teach audience members how to build effective
relationships with their employees through methods of positive
reinforcement and motivational support. Mr. Giglio has over 20 years of
leadership experience in the financial services industry and holds an
Executive Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa
Barbara.

Division of Continuing Education at Bergen Community College. It offers
