NAI James E. Hanson recently closed two lease transactions of industrial space totaling 20,075 square feet. The building, Marino Plaza II, is located at 127 Kingsland Ave., Clifton, NJ. NAI Hanson’s Senior Vice President Andrew Somple, SIOR, led the leasing transactions.
In both transactions, NAI Hanson represented the landlord: 1913 Realty Associates.
“These industrial units offer the best of both worlds to its tenants: suburban surroundings with a central location that is convenient to most of the major highways in Clifton,” said Mr. Somple. “The location is in close proximity to Route 3, leading into New York City, Route 46 and Route 17.”
Hempel USA, INC., a company that Mr. Somple introduced directly to the site, manufactures paints and other protective coatings. They leased the first space of 10,575 square feet.
Bottcher America Corporation, represented by Colliers Houston & Company, is a leading supplier of rollers for web and sheet-fed offset presses, leased the second space, at 9,500 square feet.
