NRDC Welcomes Bath & Body Works to Power Center
National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) recently announced the addition of Bath & Body Works as the latest high-quality, national tenant to Hadley Center. The popular retail power center is conveniently located on Stelton Road in South Plainfield, NJ. The lease was negotiated by John G. Orrico, President NRDC in conjunction with Sitequest Retail Real Estate Corp. representing Bath & Body Works as the procuring broker.
The 242,000-square-foot Phase II addition recently completed transformed the property into a 560,000-square-foot power center anchored by Target, Kohl’s Department Store, Pathmark, Regal Cinema and a Marshalls Megastore. Only one unit of 8,865 square feet remains available for lease.
Hadley Center is well positioned in a high-traffic area, with daily traffic counts of nearly 100,000 cars traveling on I-287 at Exit 5 & Stelton Road. The daytime population within a 5-mile radius is approximately 500,000 people with an average household income $100,000. The Center is located in a 1.4 million square foot mixed-use development, home to more than 120 companies.
