James E. Hanson recently leased a 14,635-square-foot office space located at 55 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. NAI Hanson’s Associate Vice President Anthony J. Cassano, represented the tenant. Matt McDonough, Vice President of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord/master tenant, Bank of America N.A.
“Loving Care Agency, one of the fastest growing home healthcare providers in the state, is relocating their executive offices from Fort Lee to Ridgefield Park, N.J. ” said Mr. Cassano. “This new office at 55 Challenger Road will now be their headquarters office and house their senior staff.”
