25 Charles Street in Westwood is a two-story office building located on a quiet street in close proximity to Pascack Valley Hospital. For the past 20 years this building housed a daycare facility. The building’s new owner is Charles Street Realty & Management LLC, a property management company specializing in residential and commercial real estate. They are relocating their current offices, which are down the street from 25 Charles Street.
