NAI James E. Hanson negotiated the lease of 11,875-square feet of commercial office space at 71 Zabriskie Street in Hackensack, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Associate Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter and Sales Associate Gregory D. Reid represented the landlord and the lessee.
“The flex building at 71 Zabriskie Street is a location better suited for The Center For Family Support’s needs,” said Jeffrey W. DeMagistris. “The Center, which was originally located on Main Street in Hackensack, had outgrown its space and required more access to parking and convenient access to public transportation.”
The Center for Family Support (CFS) is a not-for-profit human service agency that provides individualized support services and programs for individuals living with developmental and related disabilities, and for the families that care for them at home. CFS’ reach extends throughout New York City and New Jersey, to Long Island, Westchester County and the Lower Hudson Valley. The new building will double the size of the previous location and offer larger classrooms and recreational areas. Located on at 71 Zabriskie Street in Hackensack, where Kinderkamack Road meets Johnson Avenue, the building is 17,000 square feet with ample parking and convenient access to Route # 4.
Since 1955, NAI James E. Hanson has been a leading independent full-service brokerage and property management firm serving a diverse client list.
