Grand Opening Party Attracts Close to 400 Guests at Fast Selling Condo Community

A special grand opening reception at the Tuscan inspired The Siena at Montclair attracted close to 400 guests and generated three sales of the luxury condominiums. Visitors were offered tours of the luxury condominium's six finished models.

Sales have been robust, with over 70 percent of the homes at The Siena already sold, and the first residents expected to move in before the New Year. The Siena is a joint partnership between Pinnacle Downtown, a division of The Pinnacle Companies and Kohl Partners.

A Tuscan-influenced luxury condominium village in the heart of downtown Montclair at the intersection of Church and South Park Streets, The Siena at Montclair represents "what's next" in suburban mixed-use communities.

"We are so pleased the grand opening party had such a great turnout, we received very positive feedback," said Mary Boorman, Pinnacle's senior vice president for development, sales and marketing. "One woman approached me during the event and said the lobby was so fabulous it looked like a hotel!"

Customers all commented about the exquisitely finished lobby with Tuscan influences, including granite floors, custom carpet inserts lining the hallways, granite and marble paneling along the concierge desk, and a wall of water flowing over the Siena logo. Even the elevators are Italian design inspired.

Prices for the homes, which range in size from 771 to 2,800 square feet, range from the low $400,000's to $1.3 million.
