NAI James E. Hanson completed the sale of a 50,000-square-foot industrial building at 290 Veterans Boulevard in Rutherford, New Jersey. NAI Hanson’s Senior Vice President Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR, represented the seller, Rutherford Tarragon Development, LLC, and the buyer, Zaremba Land Development, LLC.
“The building at 290 Veterans Boulevard is located in one of Bergen County’s active industrial markets where sale inventory is very limited,” said Mr. Lundberg. “The new owners plan to redevelop this property.”
The industrial building at 290 Veterans Boulevard is located on a 3.8 acre site, and is convenient to Routes 17 and 3 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Zaremba selected this site for one of their clients after an extensive site search in Northern New Jersey. The highway access was one of the primary reasons this site was selected. The existing building is a 50,000-square-foot industrial facility, which was formerly occupied by ADP.
