NAI James E. Hanson completed the sale of a 2400-square-foot commercial building on a on a 20,000sf+/-lot at 35 North Washington Avenue in Bergenfield, New Jersey. NAI Hanson’s Associate Vice President Anthony J. Cassano, represented the seller, TD Banknorth, and the buyer, Dr. Kevin Lee.

The plan of the new landlord is to expand and locate his existing dental practice in the building.”
