CresaPartners has announced the completion of a long-term lease exceeding 12,000 square feet at East 80 Route 4, a four-story, 168,000-square-foot Class A office building, in Paramus. The CresaPartners' team of Principal James Scancarella and Advisor Blaise Bozzelli represented the tenant, Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, a law firm specializing in bankruptcy cases. Coldwell Banker represented the landlord, Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd., in this transaction.
