Colliers Houston promotes 4 professionals to Senior Associates

Colliers Houston & Co., one of the oldest and most respected full-service commercial real estate firms serving the greater New Jersey area, has announced the promotion of four real estate professionals to senior associates. Robert Casagrande, Adam Citron, Larry Leib and Matthew Turse were all recognized with these promotions for their contributions to Colliers Houston's growth in the marketplace.

Robert Casagrande has completed over 1.1 million square feet of sales and lease transactions at Colliers Houston since joining the firm in 2007. Specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in central and southern New Jersey, Robert has represented such clients as Super Steel Stud, Nixon Uniform, United Refrigeration Inc., Cablevision, General Plumbing Supply and Utz Quality Foods. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Bridgeport.

Adam Citron has completed over 8.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions since joining Colliers Houston in 2000. He specializes in the central New Jersey industrial marketplace and has represented such clients as SanMar Corporation, Christian Dior Perfumes, UNDS/US Mail Consolidation Corporation, BlackRock Realty, RREEF and Netflix. Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from Skidmore College.

Since joining Colliers Houston in 2002, Larry Leib has completed over 1.25 million square feet of sales and lease transactions. He specializes in office brokerage and holds the designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Larry has represented such prestigious clients as The Huntington Learning Corporation, Acajoux Enterprises, New Jersey Education Association, The Bank of New York, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and H&R Block Financial Advisors. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Master of Science in management of technology from Polytechnic University.

Since joining the company in 1995, Matthew Turse has completed over 4.3 million square feet of sales and lease transactions. Prior to joining Colliers Houston, Matthew was employed by the Center for Urban Policy Research in New Brunswick. He specializes in industrial brokerage and has represented such prominent companies as Bombardier Motor Company of North America, Ducati North America, W.W. Grainger, Edy's Grand Ice Cream, Canfield Scientific and Kessel Associates. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts in urban studies from Rutgers University. Additionally, he is a member of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Broker's Association (IOREBA), American Planning Association and was the past chairman of the Morris County Young Professionals Committee.
