The Decibelles
The Decibelles, a doo-wop group of four women who sing in tight and luscious harmony, will perform on Sunday, March 30, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. in the Anna Maria Ciccone Theatre at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus. Tickets are $12 for general admission, $10 for students and senior citizens (65+), and are available by calling 201-447-7428 or going online at www.tickets.bergen.edu. Seating is reserved so advanced ticket purchase is recommended.

The Decibelles entertain audiences with a collection of songs from the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. Their newest CD, "Wish That You Were Here," focuses on some lesser-known doo-wop gems, a favorite genre of the group. The Decibelles also made their theatrical debut to rave reviews when they played the Andrews Sisters in "The Frog Prince."

The performance is part of Bergen Community College's "This & That from Here & There" Performing Arts series and "Sunday Sounds: Classical, Jazz & World Music Matinees." For ticket information or for a full schedule of events, please call Bergen's Office of Community and Cultural Affairs at 201-447-7428 or visit them on the Web at www.bergen.edu/cca.
