Attorney Gary M. Albrecht - a rising 'under 40' star of commercial real estate

Attorney Gary M. Albrecht of Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A., one of the largest law firms in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area, was recently named as one of this year’s “40 Under 40” rising stars in commercial real estate by Real Estate New Jersey magazine.

The award is presented to senior level professionals under the age of 40 who have major influence in the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Albrecht’s practice focuses on the financing, acquisition, development and sales of commercial real estate with an emphasis on retail leasing. Mr. Albrecht and his family currently reside in Ringwood, New Jersey.
