CresaPartners' Dennis Gralla Completes 10,000 Square Feet Of Leases in Englewood

CresaPartners has announced that Dennis Gralla, principal, recently completed two tenant representation lease transactions in Englewood Cliffs, spanning a total of 10,000 square feet of space. Gralla consummated a 6,175-square-foot lease on behalf of United Mortgage Services, LLC, a mortgage specialist, at 270 Sylvan Ave., a 132,000-square-foot office building owned by Denholtz Associates. United Mortgage will relocate from its previous location in Englewood Cliffs. Gralla has a 10-year business relationship with the tenant and was responsible for previous headquarters transactions on their behalf.
