Team Building Seminar at Bergen, Community College 4/11

Through its Division of Continuing Education, Corporate and Public Sector Training, Bergen Community College and the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) will present a free seminar titled "Team Building" on Friday, April 11, 2008 from 8:30 to noon in the Technology Education Center, Room 128 (The Moses Family Meeting and Training Center) at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus. The event is free and open to the public.

Teamwork is critical to a business's success. At this seminar led by Christina and Sam Santiago, participants will learn how to better connect with their co-workers to achieve results. The discussion will focus on a model of human behavior that addresses the needs of each team member based on their individual personality. Bosses will learn how to motivate their employees through increasing trust and harmony within the "team."
