    Starting April 7th, you can find Samsonite’s luxury line at a freestanding Samsonite Black Label store in the second largest mall in the NYC metropolitan area; Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. The addition of the Samsonite Black Label store is another step towards bringing both retail and luxury to the affluent New Jersey suburbs while reinforcing Samsonite’s position as a leading, worldwide luxury travel and accessories brand.

    The newest branch of the premium retail concept will carry the entire line of luggage and accessories for a broad range of traveler needs from strong, sleek trunks for long trips to carry-on friendly rollers and soft duffels for weekend getaways. This high end line also provides fashion accessories such as chic leather belts and innovative footwear crafted to deliver comfort, durability and style.

    This store joins 13 other US freestanding SBL stores in addition to 56 stores worldwide that have opened up in prime fashion locations, including London, Berlin, Madrid, New York, and Tokyo. This 1097 square foot location was designed by Nicolas Guillot, the renown French architect of Guillot + architects (G+a), and will feature a futuristic theme with minimalist colors, bringing focus to the product. “Samsonite wants to connect with consumers on an emotional level by engaging their senses through our products as well as shopping environments”, states CEO & President Marcello Bottoli. “Likewise, the brand tagline – ‘Life’s a Journey’ - embodies Samsonite’s transformation and future, symbolising the role this iconic brand has in the multi-faceted lives of travellers today.”
