    Bergen and Felician College Sign Transfer Agreement

    Sister Theresa Mary Martin and Dr. G. Jeremiah Ryan
    Dr. G. Jeremiah Ryan, President of Bergen Community College, and Sister Theresa Mary Martin, President of Felician College, recently signed a formal Transfer Articulation Agreement for Felician College's Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology, Communications, Fine Arts, Art-Graphic Design, and Computer Information Systems.

    Under the terms of the agreement, Bergen students who follow the prescribed degree pattern and earn an Associate in Arts Degree (A.A.) in Psychology, Communications, Fine Arts-Art, and an Associate in Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design or Information Technology will have completed credits toward the Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A.) at Felician College if they choose the same major of study.

    Felician College will accept a maximum of 80 to 81 credit hours from Bergen students who have earned one of the degrees outlined in the transfer agreement. Additionally, Bergen graduates who apply to Felician College under the terms of the agreement will have the admission application fee waived.

    Bergen currently has 80 articulation agreements with more than 25 four-year colleges and universities and offers over 40 A.A. and A.S. transfer programs.

    This transfer agreement was made possible due to the collaborative and cooperative efforts of faculty at Bergen Community College and Felician College.
