Located at 461 Route 17 S in the old Moda building, just past the Verizon store and ironically right across the highway from Bob's Furniture Store, they had customers coming in the door before the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Welcoming them was a gentleman by the name of Rick, dressed in formal wear and a top hat, who passed out discount certificates to the first newcomers and blue helium balloons to the youngsters accompanying their parents.
