CresaPartners Completes 14,000-Square-Foot Lease Renewal and Expansion

CresaPartners' James Scancarella, principal, and Tina Brodsky, advisor, recently completed a 14,000+-square-foot lease renewal and expansion on behalf of Jack Henry & Associates in the Meadowlands Corporate Center, located at 1099 Wall Street West in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Director of Leasing Steven Geltzeiler represented Denholtz Associates, the landlord.
"This lease renewal and expansion represents the second transaction we have consummated on behalf of Jack Henry & Associates," said Scancarella. "We worked closely with the firm's out-of-state representative, Timothy Fisher of Fisher and Associates, LLC, to successfully complete this transaction and to expand Jack Henry & Associates' space by approximately 75 percent."
