MyHome Design Center of Paramus NJ is opening a prestige chocolate Workshop with the Master Chocolatier Patrick Coston, Food Network’s “Food Challenge” Judge and pastry chef extraordinaire for his special chocolate Class series, beginning July 9th to July 30th!This special four-part 90 minute class – limited to only 10 participants – highlights everything you need to know about chocolate and the creation of unique specialties from the man hailed as one of the “Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America” by Pastry Art & Design Magazine, recognized by USA Today in 2002 as one of the nation’s Top Ten Artisanal Chocolatiers, and featured in Bon Appetite, Gourmet, and Food Arts Magazines, the book Grand Finales: The Art of the Plated Dessert, and Bobby Flay’s television show Food Nation !
