Bucky Pizzarelli & Friends Play Bergen, 10/5

Known as the “the complete jazz musician,” guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli will visit Bergen Community College on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 3 p.m. for a matinee performance in the Anna Maria Ciccone Theatre, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus. Tickets are $14 for general admission and $12 for students and senior citizens (65+).
Pizzarelli has released over 30 albums and completed countless compilation and ensemble recordings with some of the world’s best jazz musicians. He has toured and played with jazz legends such as Benny Goodman, Zoot Sims, Bud Freeman and George Van Eps. Pizzarelli’s performance at Bergen will feature a string background as he plays guitar.
