CB Richard Ellis, New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, was recently appointed exclusive leasing agent for 50 Madison Road, a warehouse/flex space under construction in Totowa, New Jersey. The CB Richard Ellis team of Thomas Mallaney, first vice president, and Carrie Brown, senior associate, will be responsible for leasing this project.
Russo Development has been building signature industrial developments throughout northern New Jersey since 1969.
