Sterling Properties Wins ‘Garden State Awards of Excellence in Apartment Living

Livingston, N.J.-based Sterling Properties took home top honors on Oct. 23, winning three prestigious accolades at the annual “Garden State Awards of Excellence in Apartment Living.”
  Held at The Palace banquet hall in Somerset, N.J., the “Garden State Awards” recognizes outstanding achievement and excellence in living in New Jersey’s competitive rental market.Several members of the Sterling staff, including property managers, rental managers and superintendents, attended the event. This year, Sterling won “Awards for Excellence” in three of the event’s top categories — The award for “Best Managed Property” went to Sterling’s Millpond at Franklin Lakes community; the award for “Management Company of the Year (Under 1,500 Units)” went to The Sterling Properties Group LLC; and “Maintenance Super of the Year” was awarded to Adam Marut of Sterling’s The Crossings at Ewing community.
