Learn How to Achieve a Healthy Work-Life Balance at Bergen Community College, January 20, 2009

If you are having a difficult time finding a healthy balance between your job responsibilities and personal life, a seminar presented by Bergen Community College's Division of Continuing Education, Corporate and Public Sector Training and the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) will provide tips on how to set boundaries and create a plan for self-care. "Work-Life Balance: How to Restore Inner Peace & Claim Control of Your Time," will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands, located at 1280 Wall Street West, Lyndhurst. The event is free and open to the public. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
This presentation will provide employees with real life anecdotes about how they can achieve greater work productivity and personal fulfillment. Attendees will learn how to accept responsibility for their work and receive practical steps about how to live a balanced life, while walking away with a rejuvenated vision of their future.
