Robbi K & Friends Set to Energize Bergen, 2/14

Family concert headliners Robbi K & Friends will bring their talents to Bergen Community College on Saturday, February 14, 2009 for a 3:00 p.m. show in the Anna Maria Ciccone Theatre, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children 17 and under.
The cross-cultural, interactive and motivating “Music Makes Me Happy” concert will feature jazz, folk and pop tunes that will encourage dancing, clapping and singing. A well-known backup singer for some of music’s biggest acts, Robbi is married to Grammy-winning bassist Bakithi Kumalo. Her first CD, Keep the Beat, won a Parents’ Choice Award and was described by the NY Post as “Groov-alicious.”
