Colliers Houston's Charles Parmelli Named New Jersey Chapter SIOR Vice President

Colliers Houston & Co., one of the oldest and most respected full-service commercial real estate firms serving the greater New Jersey area, is pleased to announce that Charles Parmelli has been named the 2009 Vice President of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) of New Jersey.

With more than twenty years of industry experience, Parmelli specializes in office and technology orientated space. His broad range of experience and knowledge in this field has allowed him to successfully advise both landlords and tenants throughout central New Jersey. In the past five years, Parmelli has been involved in over 2 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $200 million. Notable clients include: High Power Devices, Schaffner EMC, Nistica, PTC Therapeutics, Agere/LSI, OFS Fitel, Conti Enterprises, and inVentive Health.

Parmelli holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations, an achievement that only approximately 400 professionals worldwide have obtained. He is also affiliated with IOREBA and has served as a board member previously with SIOR as the 2008 Treasurer.
