FirstService Williams, formerly GVA Williams, recently completed the renewal of a 13,603-square-foot lease at 425 Eagle Rock Avenue, a Class A office building in Roseland, N.J. FirstService Williams’ Senior Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Director James Bailey represented the tenant, leading multi-service law firm Post, Polak, Goodsell, MacNeill & Strauchler, P.A., in the transaction. Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Principal Life Insurance Co.
