CB Richard Ellis, New Jersey's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed a 22,000-square-foot lease renewal on behalf of Patent Construction Systems, a Harsco Corporation Division at the Mack-Cali Center II office building located in Paramus, New Jersey. CB Richard Ellis' Ronald Volk, vice president, and Charles Laginestra, first vice president, represented the tenant in this transaction.
