March 19: The Allendale Community For Mature Living To Host Bergen/Passaic Seniors Resource Guide Group Meeting

Area Healthcare Professionals Invited to Attend
The Bergen/Passaic Seniors Resource Guide group, a local network of senior orientated businesses, will host its upcoming meeting at The Atrium at The Allendale Community for Mature Living. The gathering, which is open to local healthcare professionals, will take place on Thursday, March 19 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. A buffet dinner will be served.
The Bergen/Passaic Seniors Resource Guide Network Group, which is in its third year, is a free gathering of area healthcare professionals. The group holds monthly meetings, which includes networking and informative lectures on senior orientated topics presented by members or outside consultants. This month’s meeting will feature a presentation by Frank Power, a long-time member of the Bergen County Division of Senior Services, entitled “The Caregiver Coalition of Bergen County – Acting Together with Caregivers to Improve Caregiving and Caregivers’ Lives in Bergen County.”

The Allendale Community for Mature Living is located at 85 Harreton Road off Route 17 South in Allendale. The continuum-care campus provides three levels of senior residency as well as a weekday Senior Social Club program, which offers older adults an opportunity for peer interaction and age-appropriate activities in a safe, comfortable environment.
