Bobby Flay Opens Bobby's Burger Palace™(BBP) Yummy Yum Yum

New Bobby's Burger Palace Bobby's Burger Palace opened Tuesday, March 31st adjacent to the newly renovated Bergen Town Center main entrance. Bobby Flay & Mayor James Tedesco made a dynamic duo as Flay presented our Mayor with one of his delicious, delectable, mouth opening hamburgers. Tedesco, a good sport, managed to take a bite while a large welcoming crowd looked on.

On hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony were Assemblywomen Joan Voss and Connie Wagner, County Executive Dennis McNerney accompanied by several Freeholders, Bernadette McPherson, Liz Calabrese and Julie O'Brien, Paramus Council people Denis 'Papa' Niland, Cathy Bentz and Maureen O'Brien, Borough Administrator Anthony Iacono, Administrative Assistant Patty Smith, Chamber of Commerce Chairman Dmitri Miaoulis and President Fred Rohdieck and, of course, Bergen Town Center General Manager Bassam Mhich and last, but not least, Laurence Kretchmer, Bobby's Managing Partner.

Bobby's Burger Palace Kretchmer knew all about www.ParamusPost.com and congratulated us on being the first media to announce the store's opening. I informed him that we double-teamed the opening today, we being myself and Co-Publisher and Picture Editor Sophie Stone. He and Bobby were congratulated for bringing 60 more jobs to Paramus.

Invited Guests included Clifford Brunelli, Town Center's Marketing Director and Elaine and Sam Casiello. From Bobby's Public Relations firm, Bullfrog & Baum were Jennifer Baum, Kay Lindsay and Chris Langley who saw to it that the ceremony ran smoothly.
