The Valley Hospital’s Nutrition Department is offering a free evening education program titled “The Freshman 15.” College students, or college-bound high school seniors this is for you! By following some simple guidelines, learn how you can still have fun during your freshman year at college and avoid putting on excess weight. You are invited to join Ellen Cramer, B.S., Nutritionist, The Valley Hospital.
