Bobby Flay's Bobby's Burger Palace™(BBP) a winner!

www.ParamusPost.com re-visited Bobby Flay's BBP at lunchtime for a burger. It was a good thing that I arrived before noon, because in the short time I was there, the seats were almost filled and there was a long line at the order counter. According to their system, one enters and selects one of two lines: To Eat Here & To Go. I was going to eat there!
I shyly asked my Host if I could get a plain burger, one without cheese. She assured me it would be no problem. The burger and a Boylan's Root Beer + tax came to $9.05. I received a number tepee to put on the table, given the Root Beer and asked to select a seat, the burger would be brought to me.
The burger arrived and it was a plain burger, not even the tomato and red onion to accompany it. Well, I did order a plain burger! It was delicious! Absolutely delicious. The burger was terrific as were the fries which came with BBP fry sauce. The juices from the burger ran down my hand and were quite warm.
When General Manager Dean Perna stopped by to check that everything was okay, I recognized him from Tuesday's grand opening and we chatted about that before he went back to his now hectic restaurant activities.

The restaurant is located at 610 Bergen Town Center, adjacent to the main entrance. A must place to visit, you will extol their burgers!
