American Properties Realty's Mill Pond Nominated for New Jersey Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Awards

Mill Pond American Properties Realty has announced that its popular condominium community, Mill Pond at Eatontown, in the Monmouth County borough that name, has been nominated for seven New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards. This year, the SAM awards are being presented in more than 80 categories to recognize the best and most creative residential advertising and marketing programs in the state.
This is the 22nd year for the awards, which will be presented at a grand event with an expected 700 attendees at the Borgata Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, N.J. on April 21.

The SAM Awards presentations will kick off the 60th annual Atlantic Builders Convention to be held April 22 through 24.

American's Mill Pond at Eatontown community was nominated in the following categories: logo, Internet promotion, signage, landscaping, interior merchandising, condo flat and community of the year.
