The Valley Hospital will be holding a FREE evening education program

The Valley Hospital’s Nutrition Department is offering a free evening education program titled “A Personalized Approach to Diabetes Self Management.” Discuss your diabetes related challenges and questions with certified diabetes educators in a small group setting. Topics will include target goals for monitoring glucose levels, factors affecting glucose levels, and lifestyle changes you can make to improve your health. Join Linda Buckley, M.S., R.D., C.D.E, Dietitian, and Joan Giordano, R.N., M.A., A.P.R.N., B.C., C.S. Coordinator, Inpatient Diabetes Education, The Valley Hospital, for this informative and educational presentation.
