The Valley Hospital Community Health Department is offering a free evening education program titled “The Diabetes Dilemma” Understand diabetes better through this basic overview.
Join Jack Tohme, M.D., Subspecialty Director, Endocrinology, The Valley Hospital; Cynthia Luer, R.N., B.S.N, Diabetes Clinician, Valley Home Care, and Leslie Schifrien, M.S., R.D., C.D.E., Dietitian, Valley Home Care. Learn the difference between various types and causes, how to live with diabetes, and develop strategies to take control.
