The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that it has signed AT Wireless, Inc. to a long-term lease extension at 7404 Reindeer Trail in San Antonio, Texas.
A marketer and distributor of used cell phones and cell phone parts, AT Wireless is leasing 5,000 square feet at the 251,125-square-foot industrial park, which is also home to San Antonio Express News, VIP Aircraft Interiors, Plant Interscapes, and Texas Medical Supply.
"AT Wireless has an extensive network of clients in the San Antonio region, which made 7404 Reindeer Trail perfect for them as it's near numerous transportation options to deliver products," said Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for The Lightstone Group. "Additionally, AT Wireless and other tenants receive superior services and support from our property managers, and that is significant in an economy where many other companies have severely reduced or eliminated their tenant support."
