bergenPAC Presents Original MTV Icon and Grammy Award Singer Cyndi Lauper

All-time great song stylist, Grammy- and Emmy- award winning singer-songwriter and actress, with a voice that shaped an era, Cyndi Lauper will be performing at bergenPAC on August 16th. Her concert series “Girls Night Out” and Cyndi will, perform major hits, like “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”. “Money Changes Everything,” “All Through The Night,” “Change of Heart,” “True Colors” and “Time After Time”, Lauper gets the crowd excited with the music they grew up with in the ‘80s.
In August 2008, Lauper wrote an article for the Huffington Post encouraging Americans to vote for Barak Obama in the Presidential election. She then continued her support by performing alongside, Thelma Houston, Melissa Etheridge and Rufus Wainwright at the 2008 Democratic Convention. Cyndi Lauper appeared on the the eighth season finale of American Idol on May 20, 2009, performing a duet of “Time After Time” with top-13 finalist Allison Iraheta.
