A Recipe For Roast Pork Butt by Chef Dan

Roast Pork Butt www.ParamusPost.com asked Chef Dan for the recipe for Roast Pork Butt, an item he posted on Facebook. As you will see, this tempting dish is prepared quite differently. Chef Dan has been my friend for many years; we first met online in a Rotary segment of Prodigy. We later met in person in Evanston. Ill, the home of Rotary International.

In a LARGE roasting pan.. season whole pork butt with salt, pepper, and coffee... fresh coffee grounds... (Yes coffee grounds) add a couple whole tomatoes to roasting pan. add a couple branches of rosemary.... cover with parchment paper.. seal with foil.. put in pre-heated oven.. 450 degrees.. ... pork should be cooked to a temperature of 155 to 165 degrees.

Note: put pork in fat side UP.. and remove the fat cap before you break it up in the juices
