We are happy to inform you that Fairway’s food experts will appear on the NBC Channel 4 shows LX TV and LX NY

This fall, when LXTV premieres “LX NY,” its new daily lifestyle program on WNBC-TV / Channel 4 in New York, as well as its signature program “LXTV First Look,” many of the food and cooking segments will prominently feature New York’s iconic grocery and specialty food store Fairway Market.

Let’s tell everyone to watch!

LX TV Program segments will air at the following times:

· Saturday at 7:30pm

· Saturday at 1am

· Sunday at midnight

LX NY Lifestyle Program replacing the News segments will air every Thursday at approximately 5:35 pm.

· 9/14 (:15) Fairway Commercial begins airing (in commercial time) - LX New York

· 9/17 (and every Thursday thereafter) - Fairway cooking segment on LX NY + billboard

· 9/19 Full Fairway Segment with Mitchel London and Ray Venezia (in show time) - 1st Look + billboard

· 9/26 (:60) gourmet piece with Steve Jenkins (in commercial time) -1st Look

The timing is perfect for the first LX NY / Fairway segment on Thursday, Sept. 17 as it will focus on preparing a traditional meal for the upcoming Jewish holidays, just one day before Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins. In addition to Glickberg, the segment will feature special guest Mitchel London, the noted restaurateur and Fairway’s Chef de Cuisine.

Subsequent segments will focus on a variety of food topics, including the best meat options for those perfect fall meals, featuring Fairway’s Master Butcher Ray Venezia, and how to put together a diverse and delicious cheese platter for entertaining friends and family, with James Beard Award-winning cheese-monger Steve Jenkins.
