Ronald McDonald House Charities Awards Grant to CAFS for Educational Support for Children in Foster Care

“The children in the agency’s care have a history of six to 10 different school placements by the time they come to us,” says Bob Jones, Ph.D., president & CEO of Children’s Aid and Family Services.
“Consequently, the vast majority are more than two years below grade level, and desperately need individual educational support. I am tremendously grateful for this generous grant from Ronald McDonald House Charities of the New York Tri-State Area, which will help us address this critical need.”
Children’s Aid and Family Services is a leading nonprofit human services organization serving northern New Jersey. The agency is fully accredited and has served the community for more than 110 years.
