Over 200 Individuals Attend Grand Opening of New Main Entrance at River Pointe by Del Webb

MANCHESTER, N.J. (Oct. 12, 2009) — A crowd of more than 200 individuals — consisting of residents of River Pointe by Del Webb and the surrounding area — recently attended a special event at the active-adult community.
On Sunday, Oct. 4, River Pointe hosted an old-fashioned celebration in honor of the unveiling of the community’s new main entrance.
Attendees strolled along Retreat Drive while admiring classic, vintage cars on display courtesy of The Vintage Automobile Museum of New Jersey. Additionally, Sounds of The Street — a fun ‘50’s doo-wop band — provided entertainment for visitors who toured River Pointe’s five newly decorated model homes.
“We received incredibly positive feedback from the 200-plus individuals in attendance at River Pointe’s main entrance grand opening celebration,” said Paul Schneier, president of Del Webb’s Metropolitan NY/NJ Division. “The event resulted in extreme buyer interest from active adults in search of an amenities-filled, low-maintenance lifestyle.”
