Also known as the Legal Center, One Riverfront Center is an 18-story, Class A office and retail tower located in the heart of downtown Newark. With this transaction, the building has approximately 40,000 square feet of available space for lease.
David Freinberg, a senior commercial real estate attorney and managing shareholder of LeClairRyan’s Newark office, led the firm’s efforts in regards to the space and lease negotiations. The firm was represented by David Opper, senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis and David Sherman and Marc Trevison, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield.
