The Sudler Companies announces the completion of two new office lease transactions

The Sudler Companies, one of New Jersey's oldest real estate developers recently marking its 100th year, is pleased to announce the completion of two new office lease transactions at 150 Brick Boulevard in Brick, New Jersey, which total 19,398 square feet, bringing the building to full occupancy. The two new tenants include Career Academy, a vocational training company, signing a long-term lease for 12,728 square feet, and Sarcom, Inc., a high tech company that leased the remaining 6,670 square feet.
