Motor Vehicle Stop Results In Seizure Of Numerous Narcotics & Narcotics Paraphernalia

On Friday, November 21st at 12:00 AM, Officer Rob Liebman stopped a black BMW on Route 17 South in Rochelle Park. The vehicle was swerving from lane to lane at an unusual slow rate of speed. The driver was arrested for DRIVING Under The Influence and was also issued several motor vehicle summonses.
After a brief on scene investigation , he was additionally charged with several narcotics offenses. These included possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prescription drugs and foreign related offenses.
Michael Scotto, age 28, of New York, was transported to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $25,000.00 bail. Assisting officers were: Dean Pinto and Chris Bermudez.
