The Atrium Holds Coldwell Banker Realtor Open House

The Atrium Independent Living Residence of The Allendale Community for Mature Living, has partnered with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to market suites and apartments at the facility. This joint marketing program provides The Atrium with an important marketing channel while Coldwell Banker realtors can now offer additional opportunities to their residential clients, along with other realtors through Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

To kick-off the program, a realtors open house was recently held for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage realtors and those of other realty companies in Bergen County, New Jersey. More than 50 area brokers attended the event, touring suites and apartments at The Atrium Independent Living, and enjoying a sumptuous buffet lunch.
